Sorry to say, but the moderators (look at the ultradev zone) have been somewhere else for a while, those were good days when joelmartinez and vfarcic were there checking on the questions and giving clever guideance, those days are long gone.
just check the amount of topics with 0 answers.

I am sorry that you are disappointed, but all the moderators and members that help out do this on a voluntary basis and like someone else replied, please give clear explanations of what you need and if there is no response try wording it differently.

We are all doing our best to give back to the community.
