I have just been on were-here where there was a thread in which several of the more established members were saying that they would be retiring from the forum due to the influx of new blood on the site.

They were objecting to the fact that when were-here was first launched it was a small community of users who were pioneers in their field really, but now many members use the site to socialise.
I just felt it was drawing parallels with UltraDev. There arn't that many sites like this around.........How long will it be before the majority of designers catch up, and everyone will be getting into ASP/Ultradev............
I think that ASP is still a minority thing i.e. not everyone is aware of it's potential and how easy (relatively speaking) it is to grasp <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

To illustrate my point I have been using ASP/Ultradev since the summer and I have seen quite a jump since then. Although it has only been around this winter when sites like this started to become live.

Thoughts Anyone................
