I purchased Layer Genie through DMXZone last year. I had to do a complete reinstall on my OS yesterday and so need to reinstall this extension. The serial number I received with it will not verify online and the THREE emails I have sent to the the address indictaed, , receive no answer/reply.

Does anybody have any idea of what I should do with this thing that I have spend money on that NO LONGER WORKS. HOw do I work around this serial number issue? There must be a way!

May I suggest to DMX Zone.com that they implement an automated system to re-issue verification codes. Or put up with piracy!!! All I know is that I have a business to run and wasting time sending multiple emails and posting on thyis board is wasting more of my time and money.

Yes...I am not happy at all and will think twice before purchasing from DMX Zone again....it's all about customer service or in this case lack of it!!!
