Hi,

I've complained about your pricing structures in the past, but here I go again. The way you guys price things is very confusing to me at least, but I would be surprised if it were only me.

The major complaint I have right now is with your bundle pricing. I held a momentary interest in your Advanced Tooltips plugin until I saw the price. Sorry guys, but +$100 for a tooltip plug-in is ludicrous. So I'm here updating my plug-ins (which is a major pain and completely worth it's own complaint) and I see there is a bundle discount for the tooltip tool, so I think "hmm, maybe they have it reasonably priced in a bundle." So I get an offer to upgrade with ALP and tooltip for $198 USD? I have ALP from another bundle. How is that an upgrade discount? If regular price for the tooltip tool is $109, then 40% off should be 40% off from $109 and that would be the price. See how I mean your pricing is way too confusing? If I have ALP and I get an "upgrade bundle discount", how is the two together for slightly less then the two apart an "upgrade discount"? It's not clear at all and doesn't really make sense, plus the initial prices on some of these is too high to begin with.

Acknowledgment would at least be nice, or maybe a "yeah we could do better with pricing our bundles and we're working on it" would work? If it's not clear, I'm still interested in throwing money at you guys for some more stuff, it's just that if I get a bundle discount, I'd actually, you know, LIKE A DISCOUNT.

Jesus you guys suck at customer service. Good thing you're not in the USA selling things in a brick and mortar store. You guys wouldn't last.
