First Circle Open a new document and with the Ellipse Tool draw a 80 px diameter circle. Add a White & Black gradient as in the left picture. Turn your vector object into a bitmap: right clic and
select > Flatten Selection (Convert to Bitmap)

For the Second Circle, draw a circle 60x60 with the Oval Marquee Tool with'Fixed Size' selected as shown. Center the second circle on the first one.
- Rotate by 180°: Modify > Transform > Rotate 180°
