This behavior shows a Popup Confirm Message

The Popup Confirm Message action displays a JavaScript confirm box with the message you specify. Because JavaScript alerts have confirm (OK) button and cancel button, use this action to present the user with a choice. For example to confirm a form submit.

How do you use the 'Popup confirm message' behaviour if you want to confirm or cancel a particular action? For example, I would like to attach it to a button that already has a 'go to url' behaviour. I assumed I could just add the popup behaviour, ...

Yes it works on DMX. Just make a link or select your form - then Behaviors / Popup Conform Message

Sandy, you can find the Validate Form Behavior in the Behaviors inspector. It is a standard behavior and you don't need to download it anymore. Waldo
